In the event a student's chromebook is damaged, please find the procedure below:
Step 1: for the parent / guardian to contact Ms. O’Donnell [email protected] explaining the damaged Chromebook
Step 2: for the parent / guardian to make a payment for Chromebook through their parent PowerSchool account
Step 3: for the parent / guardian to DocuSign Chromebook Replacement Agreement
Step 4: for the parent / guardian to set an appointment with FTCHS IT Help Desk to drop off the broken Chromebook and pick up a Chromebook replacement
