Franklin Towne Charter High School is located in the Bridesburg-Tacony section of Northeast Philadelphia and is uniquely separated from surrounding neighborhoods by Interstate 95 and the Delaware River.

The school is situated within the gated Arsenal Business Center, offering controlled access and an added layer of safety. The Guard House café serves as a popular gathering spot for staff and the greater campus.
