Athletic Fee
The Franklin Towne Charter Athletic Fee is charged to each student athlete participating in a varsity sport. The Athletic Fee contributes towards the Philadelphia Public League Fee, field and facility maintenance and up keeping team equipment and additional supplies. The Athletic Fee will be applied to the Parent PowerSchool Account.
The Athletic Fee for the 2025-2026 will be the following:
1st Sport- $200
2nd Sport- Additional $100
3rd Sport- Additional $100

Pre-Season Preparation and Exercise
It is also important to start preparing for workouts now, the team will be running and is expected to keep up the cardio pace of games and practice. Below is a link to 90+free at home workouts for anyone without access to gym equipment. Pay close attention to videos labeled Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, those are cardio focused workouts.

Equipment REQUIRED for practice and try outs:
- Girls Lacrosse Stick (School does have sticks to borrow)
- MOUTH GUARD
- Girls Lacrosse GOGGLES (field hockey players can use their field hockey goggles)
- RUNNING sneakers
- CLEATS
- 2 bottles of water minimum but more is encouraged
- Appropriate Workout Attire such as T-shirts, sweatpants etc. No tank tops or revealing shorts permitted.
Other things to note
- Students will be expected to attend every practice and game
- Student MUST maintain their grades and school attendance
- Students will be expected to find their own transportation to practice (Walking in groups to field, SEPTA, or carpool)
- Students will be expected to find their own transportation to games (if school transportation is not available)
- Students must communicate any conflicting issues with practice or games with Coach Campbell ahead of time
