Need a transcript?

Option #1 - Submit a request online
Option #2 - Print and mail a completed form (see form below) an enclosed money order.
Option #3 - Print and bring a completed form (see form below) and a money order or cash to our school during business hours.

Note: The cost for a transcript is $5. Payment can be through cash or money order. We do not accept checks. Transcripts will not be mailed until payment is received!
